You just answered my Christmas desire to get my kids a dog!
Thanks!
And just as my heart was beginning to soften towards a little furry friend...
you're welcome you two......
Weren't all those things for his chewing pleasure????? Patience is a virtue my friend. He will eventually grow out of it....most likely. Just remember those moments of Jack laying on him while reading a book. That was a touching picture. He's not all bad. {big grin}
Awesome, Tracy. And a great reminder that we're not going to get another one...
Oh dear. Now I can say...I love MY dog...I love MY dog. She's too little to do this. :)
if you feel bad, then i'll hate your dog for you. maybe "hate" is too strong a word, but man i would NOT be loving any animal that did that plus more! this is one reason why i'm not an animal person!
Oh my gosh that is too funny...since it's you and not me, ha ha. I love animals but am SO GLAD we are pet free (for now). I'm shocked that Chip didn't learn from pre-adoption research that labs are known for chewing EVERYTHING in sight. Sounds like you need some Cesar Milan training up in your house.
Yep. Not gonna happen. Not gonna happen. Not gonna happen. NOT gonna get a dog............ LOL
If it helps at all reading your blog has made my day:). As the blessed owner of Gunner's brother Jake I do feel your pain. After we paid hundreds of dollars to repair out drip system in the back yard it only took Jake one day to tear up and chew one entire section. We were grateful for the change of weather because we didn't have it in us to fix it again. Maybe by spring he will know better??? I have only lost one Christmas tree ornament so far.....
